Policy & Liability

Due to the nature of our products being personal care we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note Myisha Ebony Essentials reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, & refunds. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or defective the customer must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Email must include either confirmation email or order number along with photo(s) of the damaged product. We will then decide if a replacement needs to be issued.

Please double check the address entered at checkout. It must be the address that the items are being delivered to. We cannot accomodate address changes. You will have to file a claim with the carrier (usps.)

If somehow you do happen to enter the wrong address and the items are returned to us, you will be required to pay a second shipping fee along with updated address information.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. We require proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery. Once it is confirmed that the item is damaged, we will notify you that a replacement has been accepted & you can either get the same product or another product at the same price value.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages ordered with the incorrect address. In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your package here are some things to check:
-Verify that your address was entered correct on your confirmation email.
-Check around the delivery location for your package ex. mailbox, porch/front door area. 
-Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, some packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before the actual arrival. 
-In the event that your order still shows in transit or has not arrived within 15 days that you recieve your tracking number, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you file a claim.

Under no circumstances shall our brand, our owner, our ambassadors, or our employees be liable for any damages or injury, including any direct, special, incidental, consequental, or other damages, that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products, whether in action based on contract, negligence, other tortious action or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products. 

Regular shipping days are every Tuesday & Friday . In the event that we cannot ship on either one of those days due to a holiday or vacation, we will inform you on the header of our site, on our instagram page @MyishaEbonyEssentials, & on our facebook group page Myisha Ebony Essentials. You will recieve a tracking number in your email once your products have been delivered to the post office.
